Welcome to Ram Ji Enterprises Inc. (“RJE,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). We specialize in providing AI Customer Service solutions, offering both text and audio communication services over phone and internet platforms (collectively, the “Service”). This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of our website [insert website URL], any subdomains thereof, any other websites through which we make our services available (collectively, the “Site”), and our Service.
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Site and the Service. 2. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms

4. Fees and Payment
Our fees and charges for using the Service are described on the Site. We reserve the right to change our prices and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent by email or posted on the Site. Your use of the Service following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials provided on the Site and in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of RJE or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
RJE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site and the Service for your personal or business use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This license does not include any rights to (i) sell, resell, or use commercially the Site or the Service; (ii) distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any content or materials from the Site or the Service; (iii) modify or otherwise make any derivative uses of the Site or the Service, or any portion thereof; (iv) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; and (v) use the Site or the Service other than for their intended purposes.
6. User Content
You may be able to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available textual, audio, and/or visual content and information through the Service (“User Content”). By providing User Content to RJE, you grant RJE a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised, without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
You represent and warrant that (a) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases necessary to grant RJE the license to the User Content as set forth above; and (b) neither the User Content nor your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available of such User Content, nor RJE’s use of the User Content as permitted herein, will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
RJE does not claim ownership of any User Content that you post on or through the Service. You have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all User Content. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all User Content that you make available through the Service.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or the Service to: (a) upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (d) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service; (e) upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (f) upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party; (g) upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation; (h) upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (i) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service; (j) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, or any regulations having the force of law; (k) "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or (l) collect or store personal data about other users.
8. Third-Party Websites, Advertisers or Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, or services that are not owned or controlled by RJE. RJE has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. If you access a third-party website from the Service, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and RJE’s Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites.
9. Disclaimers
The Service and all content and services provided on the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RJE expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RJE makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that RJE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if RJE has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or (v) any other matter relating to the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RJE, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, modify, or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
Termination
RJE may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
This Agreement and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Entire Agreement and Severability
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RJE concerning the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and RJE's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Changes
RJE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
